Please note that incomplete or invalid DMCA notices may not be processed. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that the content removed or disabled following a DMCA Takedown Notice is not infringing, or if you have authorization from the copyright owner to post the content, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notice. To file a Counter-Notice, please include the following:
- Your Contact Information: Provide your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Description of the Removed Content: Identify the material that has been removed or disabled and provide the URL(s) where the material previously appeared.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district where Honista2 is located.

Once we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the party that submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If no legal action is taken by the original complainant within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
3. Repeat Infringers
Honista2 reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright laws. We aim to maintain a platform that respects intellectual property while offering a safe and engaging space for all users.
